What methods of payment do Mango Barn accept? 

We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

How secure is my credit card information with Mango Barn? 

For all of our online orders we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. 

Can I use a Promo code to make a purchase online? 

Most definitely! Simply enter your Promo code when prompted during the checkout process.

Please note:  

   Promo codes are not valid on already reduced items. 

   Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we DO NOT offer price adjustments.

   You can only use one promo code at a time.

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

Mango Barn is required to charge applicable sales tax for California State only. Tax will be calculated during checkout, and will be included in your order total before you confirm your order.

How do I cancel/update my order? 

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us via email as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please mention your order number in the email.

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. You can use this number to track your order.

How do I place a return?

Returns are accepted on all unworn items with tags still attaches within 14 days of purchase. To process your return please visit our online return portal.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, if you are purchasing a gift, please indicate "This is a gift" at check out. Please be advised that gift messages can not be added after purchase. These options must be selected during the check out process.

If an item is out of stock. Can I be put on a wait list? 

We’re sorry about that! Unfortunately, we do not accept wait lists for items. You can email us if you would like to find out more information about the item, including whether or not we will be receiving more quantities. 

I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item? 

Your items are not not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. 

Do you offer customized items? 

We do not offer customized jewelry at this time. 

What materials are used in your collection? 

Our jewelry is made out of sterling silver, brass and stainless steel.  You are refer to product details under each product for more details.

How long will my order take to reach me?

We usually aim to ship out orders within 2 - 5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will get and email along with tracking details.
